This Jalapeño Artichoke Dip is Perfect for Your Next House Party

Jalapeño Artichoke Dip

Few things make for better group-friendly appetizers than chips and dip, and we’re partial to easy party dips. We’ve elevated the classic party dip recipe — spinach artichoke dip — by swapping the spinach for everyone’s favorite heat source: jalapeño peppers.

Gear up for your next potluck or get-together with this creamy, cheesy and shareable jalapeño artichoke dip that everyone knows and loves — now with a little added spice. It’s a perfect app for the Big Game!

Making this easy party dip is only half the fun — you get to decide what to dip with. Whether you opt for pita chips or tortilla chips, or you choose to mix it up with pretzels, bagel chips or fresh vegetables, it’s hard to go wrong. We recommend pairing the jalapeño artichoke dip with a selection of dipping options so your guests can customize their plates.

Ingredients
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ cup shredded cheddar
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
½ cup diced, pickled jalapeños (from a jar)
1 teaspoon minced garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Bacon, chopped (optional)
Green onions, chopped (optional)

Method
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spritz a small baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a mixer, combine cream cheese and sour cream until well mixed. Add mayonnaise and cheddar; mix until blended. Add the artichoke hearts, jalapeños and garlic. Mix well.

Taste the dip, adding salt and pepper to your preference.

Place dip in prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with chopped bacon and green onions, if desired.
